Anti Chrome Top Coat

Our Anti-Matte Top Coat delivers a smooth, ceramic-like finish instead of the traditional velvety feel. And while our matte top coat is irresistible, it will, however, resist chrome powder — keeping your base color or design free of chrome. It can also be used as a generic matte topcoat.

Shake (or roll) well before using. When using this product, avoid contact with bare skin and sunlight.
